What are the technical requirements for the welding roller frame industry standard? The following small series will come to answer this question for everyone, the specific answer is as follows.

(1) The DC motor or AC wide speed motor should be used to drive the active roller through the gearbox.

(2) The circumferential speed of the active roller should meet the welding process requirements, and the stepless speed regulation range is 6-60m/h. According to different welding processes, the speed fluctuation can be divided into Class A and Class B. The speed of the roller should be uniform and stable, and no creeping phenomenon is allowed.

(3) The manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the welding roller frame should meet the accuracy requirements of 8 grades specified by the state. The materials should be made of high quality steel, and the stress and heat treatment should be eliminated after welding.

(4) The roller frame must be equipped with a reliable conductive device, and no welding current is allowed to flow through the bearing, causing damage.

(5) The diameter of the roller, the rated load of the roller frame and the maximum and minimum allowable diameter of the cylinder-like workpiece shall comply with the regulations. If the cylinder-like workpiece is welded to the axial-proof rolling carriage, then during the entire welding process, The axial movement of the workpiece should be ≤ ± 3mm.

(6) The center distance of each pair of rollers must be adjusted according to the diameter of the cylinder-like workpieces to ensure that the wrap angle of the two rollers is 45°-110°.
